Rosemary Burnett has 20+ years’ experience in small business management running several of her own businesses, including 12 years’ experience in online technologies. Rosemary is an experienced web designer and online strategy coach to startups and small business and is currently transitioning her entrepreneurial skills into real estate. Rosemary is a Certified Transformational Coach & NLP Practitioner and is studying natural therapies like reiki energy healing, yoga, meditation and sound therapy for mind, body, soul balance.

Being an Entrepreneur is one of the most courageous things you can do. Staying with it long enough to be successful is even tougher. In this session, we explore how to balance emotional, mental and physical states to cope with stress, challenges and competing demands for your work, family life and time for self.

We will be exploring:

- The Entrepreneurial Myth: who’s running this race to success?

- Emotional and Mental Mindset Balance: tools and tips to reduce stress and cope with competing demands for your time and achievement of goals

- How nutrition, natural therapies and taking time out for self can help you be more productive, balanced and better able to cope

- Discovering how to utilize your skills and passion to find your mission in life.
